You asked for it, so we delivered. We now have Remedial Massage at Bayside Family Chiropractic. Rebecca,  Deedee and Lisa, our massage therapist’s, will tailor your appointment to your needs.


Rebecca, Massage Therapist

Rebecca - Remedial Massage Therapist.


Rebecca has always had a strong interest in the human body and massage, so in 2008 she decided enough was enough and began studying an introductory massage therapy course. She was hooked and enrolled in Diploma of Remedial Massage. As soon as she qualified, she immediately went to work. She has also volunteered in events with representative netball, post triathlons and also for the Papua New Guinea Rugby League team. She now finds herself working with all types of people with all types of concerns. The most common compliment that she receives is, “Geez, you found that spot!”



Deedee, Massage Therapist


Deedee – Canadian and Passionate about Rugby and Ice Hockey. Snowboarding and downhill mountain biking are her favorite activities to do. She is a Mum of 3 gorgeous kids. Deedee Completed her Diploma in Fitness and Remedial Massage at Hunter TAFE. She is currently Studying Exercise Physiology at the University of Newcastle and Bachelor of Myotherapy in Sydney at Endeavour College of Natural Heath. Her goal to be part of the medical staff within a professional team in injury and rehabilitation. Deedee also is a Level 1 & 2 sports trainer and advance strapper with Sports Medicine Australia. The last 10 years she has worked with a first grade Rugby Union and league clubs, and currently works with elite athletes in the NRL, Super 15 Rugby Union, and the Australian Wallabies.


 Lisa, Massage Therapist


Lisa –  graduated with her Diploma of Remedial Massage in 2011 from Newcastle TAFE. She has spent the last 5 years working in a very busy practice in Newcastle before commencing with us in 2016. She is looking forward to expanding her client base here in the bay. Lisa excels in Trigger-point therapy and Myofasical Release techniques, to release chronic muscle tension.
