Q. Does chiropractic care hurt?

A. Chiropractic care generally doesn’t hurt, but at the beginning of care, you may feel slightly uncomfortable due to the changes we’re making in your body. Muscles, joints, ligaments and tendons are being stretched, and your body is starting to work normally again.

Q. Can I do anything to help myself?

A. Absolutely. We’ll guide you through the healing process and advise you on how you can help your recovery. Chiropractic care combined with a proactive, healthy lifestyle involving exercise, nutrition, adequate sleep and stress management leads to better overall health.

Q. Do you have HICAPS?

A. Yes we have HICAPS so you can claim your private health insurance on the spot.

Q. How much will my private health insurance pay?

A. Each fund and cover varies. Check with your provider.

Q. Do you accept CDMP’s? (Chronic Disease Management Plan) formally called EPC’s (Enhanced Primary Care program)

A. Yes we do. Please note that there may be a gap that needs to paid.

Q. Are you Workcover approved?

A. Yes – both Chiropractic and Remedial Massage services are covered.
